Sunrise and Gracewell launch digital recruitment brochures

Sunrise Senior Living UK and Gracewell Healthcare have launched digital brochures to help attract new recruits.
The brochures feature information for those interested in applying to the many positions currently advertised across Sunrise Senior Living UK and Gracewell Healthcare’s 46 care homes and across their support office. With video testimonies from current team members and information on the recruitment process, the documents are being highly recommended to those looking to join the care providers.
The launch of the digital brochures comes as recruitment in the social care sector has undergone wide-spread changes in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Sharon Benson, HR director at Sunrise Senior Living UK and Gracewell Healthcare, said other virtual tools to keep the recruitment and onboarding processes moving had been employed by the two associated providers. For example, they have been using Zoom and Skype for interviews as well as virtual classrooms to help new recruits develop key skills and knowledge.
“The digital brochures give those interested in applying for a position the opportunity to access comprehensive information on what they can expect from a career with us,” said Ms Benson.
